Many of us would consider ourselves smart shoppers. We always look at the discount racks first and try on a few of those items before turning our attention to the newest, and full price, outfits. Since the latest fashions never find their way to the sales rack until they are no longer “in”, we often leave the discount items and purchase the newest arrivals. The same goes for when we shop for items other than clothing. We could clip coupons but, whenever we do, we just end up losing them in our purse of forgetting them at home.
The truth of the matter is that we do not want to take the time to save money. This mentality is not only ridiculous; it is extremely expensive down the line. By just investing a few extra minutes, you will even up saving hundreds of dollars every year. More money in your pocket at the end of the year makes you feel more secure and happier! The first step is to clip coupons. Make a game of it every Sunday morning and involve the whole family! It will also help you plan the meals for the rest of the week according to the different items everyone seems excited to try. Once all the coupons are clipped, you need to store them right away in a mini binder. You can find this compact organizer at any office supply store. If you make a practice of putting the coupons in this filer every week, ideally separated by stores, you only need to remember to grab one item. You will be shocked to discover how much money coupons can actually save you!

WF's is a total rip off. What you need to do is seek a long existing health food store that has produce as well. You'll avoid the yuppie pre-disposition that just because you're trying to be healthy you'll have to pay much more. WF's was created for those with a disposalable income that far exceeds the normal working mans salary – this is exactly why they are in a world of hurt right now – sales wise. Check any WF's around the Co. and you'll notice dramatic price reduction for products that are slotted in the middle of the store.
I think it is being smart. Its easier to get carried away with spending alot of money on one thing when you could buy a lot of things for the same price. Plus you always look dapper because you end up with more clothes! I do exactly the same! Instead of buying one pair of expensive shoes, i buy ten pairs for the same price! haha!
God I really don't know why you would want to, if I read about it then it is really dodgy…. but ok, personal opinions aside.
One of the smartshops proclaims that you can order it online (but not ship to the US before you ask because of the law!) and so I suppose if you can order online then you can also buy in person. Best thing maybe is to send them a Email directly (link below)

A huge part of this would be to buy locally grown food. Go to farmers markets in the area. Food that is grown in other states or countries is not as fresh and is usually grown on large, non sustainable farms. Fruits and vegetables grown in other countries can also contain insecticides and chemicals that are not even legal in the United States. Also, the gas and pollution that shipping the food takes adds negative effects to the environment. Buying locally grown food is actually more important, meaning more healthy for you and the environment, than buying organic. Plus, you are helping the small farmers of America.

-Develop your own style. This is your best bet. If you know what you like, you can pick it out from anywhere, even a thrift store or the sales racks.
-Shop thrifty- thrift stores!!
-Keep your eye out for colors and materials you want
-Alwlays make sure you can form 2 or 3 outfits with the piece your about to buy in your mind before buying it
